Brenda Bischak has had an extensive career in development of residential new construction. Brenda has worked with both large public companies, prestigious private developers, and is the founder of the residential real estate consulting firm BLB Ventures. Brenda’s expertise lies in both the purchasing/contracting field, as well as entitlement and project management.

During the span of her career, Brenda has participated in the construction and entitling of close to ten thousand residential units throughout both Northern and Southern California and, has been involved with R2H Development since it’s inception.
