R2H Development LLC (“R2H”) was founded to become part of the solution to ending the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles.
R2H’s fundamental philosophy revolves around creating affordable housing to increase the human potential and the quality of life among our homeless and at-risk populations. We use private equity to lower the costs of building affordable housing in hopes of freeing more of L.A.’s limited resources for key services required to successfully solve the homelessness crisis. R2H has a team of successful individuals with broad knowledge in all aspects of real estate acquisition and development. Our concern for the growing homeless population, magnified by the impact of the pandemic, has inspired our commitment to the progress and growth of R2H.
Our goal is to allow vulnerable populations to regain their humanity with dignity and to give them a familiar base for the security of a daily routine in order to encourage the feeling of stability while they explore and fulfill their individual potentials. We aim to build the foundation they need for their comfort, security, and a sense of belonging. We hope to use our great knowledge, experience, and commitment to collaborate or partner with like-minded non-profits to address the anxiety and hopelessness the homeless crisis inflicts on all Angelenos. R2H is uniquely positioned to build faster, better, and more cost-efficient housing. We hope that means a safer, more dignified Los Angeles for all.
R2H is currently focused on acquiring and repurposing urban infill sites to develop affordable, supportive, and traditional low-cost housing.
Currently, we are seeking partnerships with brokers and non-profits to increase our impact and expand our efforts to encourage visibly effective solutions.
